Admission Procedure

A candidate must fulfill the following eligibility criteria for admission.

WHO CAN TAKE ADMISSION

  • A Candidate Obtained minimum grade – D in at least 5 subjects of external examination as per the scheme of studies and qualifying certificate of the secondary school (Class X) exam conducted by the C.B.S.E / I.C.S.E./B.S.E
  • If no of applications is more than no of seat available then only the selected candidates (according to merit) will call for admission.

When one can take admission
The admission process starts after declaration of result of Class X board Exam till 31st day of August or fill up of seats available whichever is earlier.

What is required to take admission
On the date of admission the candidates are required to produce photocopies and original ones of the following documents

  • Mark sheet / Grade sheet of the board exam or qualifying exam
  • Transfer certificate/ school leaving certificate.
  • The conduct certificate from the head of the institution attended last.
  • The Migration certificate for non C.B.S.E / I.C.S.E candidates.
  • Two passport size coloured photographs.
  • Original certificates except S.L.C will be returned after verification.

Form and Prospectus can be had from the office counter in between 7 am to 1 pm after publication of the result of C.B.S.E/ I.C.S.E / B.S.E board exam. School timing from class XI is scheduled from 7am to 1pm (Time may be changed subject to the prior notification)

How can one take admission

  • The pupil has to take admission form from the school counter
  • The duly filled up form with required document should be submitted in the school counter within 7 days from the date of issue of the form.
  • School will send the intimation letter to the student.
  • On the date of admission the student should reach in the school with required documents mentioned in the prospectus. (under the heading what is required to take admission.)
